The Winkler Flyers continue to roll with wins in 12 of their last 13 games. They’re sitting third in the standings but have games in hand on both OCN and Steinbach. The Flyers are ranked 15th on this week’s CJHL Top 20 Rankings.

Steinbach concluded their October schedule with a record of 10-2-0. They’ve won their last five games and find themselves 10th on this week’s CJHL Top 20.

Two games against the Portage Terriers and two wins for the OCN Blizzard last week. The Blizz have won three straight heading into November and are an Honourable Mention on the CJHL Top 20.

  1. Selkirk’s winning streak got to nine games before coming to an end in a 7-1 loss to Winkler on Sunday. During the stretch the Steelers were able to bump themselves up to fourth in the MJHL standings.

A win and a loss for the Oil Capitals last week has brought Virden with one point of Portage for fifth in the league and two back of Selkirk for fourth.

3rd
Three straight losses for the Portage Terriers last week. Last year’s MJHL champions, they’ll look to get back on track in November as they continue a five game home stand this week.

One win and two losses for the Neepawa Natives last week. Their month of November kicks off with two games on home ice.

The Winnipeg Blues are out of their slump after two wins over the weekend. Overall the Blues have won three straight since October 21st.
