Terriers’ Petersen named CJHL Gongshow Gear Third Star

Veteran goaltender Lasse Petersen has been selected third star in the CJHL Gongshow Gear Three-Stars

The Terriers’ netminder reeled off seven victories in November for the defending MJHL champions. His efforts earned him the MJHL’s MGEU Goaltender of the Month honour.

Petersen, who came to the Terriers via Swan Valley last season, posted a 1.84 goals-against average along with a solid .933 save percentage and one shutout in November. A former netminder for Denmark in international competition at the under-20, U-18 and U-16 levels, Petersen also boasts 73 appearances in the WHL.
