The Manitoba Junior Hockey League and it’s member clubs are pleased to release the 2019 preseason schedule. The schedule consists of a total of thirty-seven (37) games spanning from September 2 – 15.
This year’s preseason will also see nine (9) inter-league exhibitions with several member MJHL clubs facing off with the Flin Flon Bombers, Melville Millionaires, and Yorkton Terriers of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL). The Winkler Flyers will also feature in a home-and-home set against the Thief River Falls (MN) Norskies of the Superior International Junior Hockey League (SIJHL).

MJHL Opening Weekend is slated for September 20-22, 2019 featuring ten (10) games and ten (10) teams throughout the weekend with the exception of the OCN Blizzard who will get started September 26. The defending champion Portage Terriers will open their campaign Friday, September 20 at Stride Place as they face the new look Winnipeg Blues.
