Steinbach Pistons captain, Dawson Milliken has committed to play USPORTS hockey at Mount Royal University.
Milliken spent 86 regular season games in a Pistons uniform where he scored 31 goals and 43 assists. In back-to-back seasons, the Pistons made it to the Turnbull Cup Finals where Milliken played 36 postseason games, adding 13 goals and 10 assists.
The Pistons defeated the Virden Oil Capitals in five games to win Steinbach’s 3rd Turnbull in franchise history which saw Milliken named 2022-23 Playoff MVP.
The Mount Royal University Cougars men’s hockey team plays USPORTS in the Canada West Universities Athletic Association.
