DAUPHIN, MB – Tickets are currently available at Ruff’s Furniture and the day is closing in fast as the Dauphin Kings get set to host their third annual Ukrainian Night on Saturday January 27th.
The night is expected to be the biggest so far in the event’s three year existence as the Kings entertain the Winnipeg Blues at Credit Union Place (7:30pm).
This year the Kings will once again wear special edition Ukrainian jerseys, much different than last year however.
Before the contest fans can enjoy live bands at the top of the stairs in Credit Union Place. There will also once again be player introductions in Ukrainian before puck drop.
There’ll be lots going on during the game. The return of the Kielbasa Toss in the first intermission is expected to have about 500 rings of the fake sausage thrown onto the ice. There’s also REAL kielbasa to be given away during the game as well! In the second intermission the Bed Races, which were a huge hit last year, are back. You’ve also got a special giveaway for the top three ugliest chairs which can be entered by checking out the Ukrainian Night 2018 Facebook Page. First place wins a NEW Recliner, second place gets a $300 gift certificate to Ruff’s Furniture and third place takes home a $150 gift certificate to Ruff’s Furniture.

If you can’t get tickets in advance at Ruff’s Furniture you can pick them up at the South Ticket Office at Credit Union Place starting at 5:00pm on January 27th.
