Central Canadian Hockey League (CCHL) – Ottawa Junior Senators
Maritime Hockey League (MHL) – Summerside Western Capitals
Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) – Flin Flon Bombers
Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL) – Soo Thunderbirds
From May 19-26, the Dauphin Kings will compete for the Centennial Cu in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
