WINNIPEG, MB – The Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) is pleased to announce the Manitoba Government and General Employees’ Union (MGEU) has been named title sponsor of both MJHL Divisions.
Moving forward into the 2022-23 season, the MJHL’s East and West Divisions will now be recognized as the MGEU East and MGEU West Division.
The partnership will see an MGEU presence in MJHL rinks across the province and will include game nights in each team market.
“We’re excited to have MGEU assume the title sponsorship of both MJHL divisions and look forward to working together to support fair play both on the job and on the ice,” shared MJHL Director of Marketing & Partnerships, Erik Swar.
MJHL fans will also take notice to an MGEU presence on web and social media throughout the rest of the 2022-23 season.
