Northern Manitoba Blizzard captain, Miguel Bouvier, has announced his commitment to play USPORTS men’s hockey at the University of Manitoba.
Bouvier spent three seasons in a Blizzard uniform, playing 167 regular season games where he added 62 goals and 69 assists. In his postseason career, Bouvier notched 5 goals and 12 assists in 35 games.
During the 2024-25 season, Bouvier led the MJHL in goals (37), and was named a First Team All-Star on the way to helping his club capture their first Turnbull Cup championship since 2003. In Centennial Cup action, Bouvier added 1 goal in 5 games on the national stage.
The University of Manitoba Bisons play USPORTS men’s hockey in the Canada West Conference.
