MJHL announces 2022-23 Regular Season schedule

WINNIPEG, MB – The Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) is pleased to announce the 2022-23 regular season schedule, set to begin on Friday, September 16, 2022.

Opening weekend will feature divisional matchups taking place over the course of the weekend involving all 13 member teams.

The expansion franchise Niverville Nighthawks will play in their inaugural MJHL regular season game on Friday, September 16 in Steinbach before returning to the ice the following night for their home opener.

The MJHL will continue with two-divisions for the 2022-23 season featuring a West (6 teams) and East division (7 teams).

Once the season gets underway on September 16, 2022, each team will play a 58-game schedule that concludes on March 19, 2023.

The 2023 MJHL Playoffs will begin March 24, starting the road to the 2023 Centennial Cup to be held in Portage la Prairie, MB in May 20223.

All MJHL exhibition, regular season and playoff games will be streamed online in HD on HockeyTV and will be available live and on-demand.
