  1. (22-10-3) (Last week: 4)
    Winners of four in a row the Swan Valley Stampeders enter the week tied for 2nd in the MJHL. They’ll play two games on home ice this week before hitting the Christmas break.

  2. (21-12-4) (Last week: 5)
    The Wolverines are also winners of four straight after wins over Dauphin, Virden, Portage and Winkler last week. Wayway also has two games this week before the Christmas break.

  3. (24-6-2) (Last week: 3)
    The Pistons won three of four last week, ending on a high with a big 9-1 decision over the Selkirk Steelers. Steinbach has another four contests this week splitting them between home and away. The Pistons are 14th on the CJHL Top 20 this week.

  4. (19-9-4) (Last week: 7)
    Two wins in three outings for the Winkler Flyers last week. The Flyers will close out their last week of 2019 with three games, two of them at home.

  5. (23-8-1) (Last week: 2)
    Mixed results for the Terriers last week with a 5-4 win over Winnipeg followed by a 5-4 loss to the Wolverines in Waywayseecappo. They’ll hit the road for two of three this week. Portage is an Honourable Mention on the CJHL Top 20.

  6. (16-14-4) (Last week: 6)
    Virden also snagged a win and a loss last week, beating Steinbach 4-1 but falling to the Wolverines 6-5. Just two games on tap for the Oil Capitals this week before they hit the Christmas break.

    Three straight losses after eight straight wins for the Kings. They’ll look to bounce back with a three game home stand this week starting on Tuesday.

  8. (6-24-3) (Last week: 9)
    Neepawa went up to OCN over the weekend and grabbed three of a possible four points. They’ll try and keep things moving in the right direction with two of their next three at home.

  9. (11-19-3) (Last week: 11)
    The Blizzard also picked up three of a possible four points against the Natives over the weekend, pulling them out of their losing skid.

  10. (13-19-2) (Last week: 8)
    After starting December with a win the Winnipeg Blues have since dropped five in a row. Things won’t get any easier as the Blues hit the road for four straight before the end of 2019.

    Selkirk holds the MJHL’s longest active losing skid. The Steelers have lost six in a row and have yet to win a game in the month of December. They’ll try and change that Tuesday in Dauphin.
