The Stampeders returned to game action after the MJHL / SJHL Showcase with a win, beating top ranked Portage 2-0. Swan Valley is also sitting 18th on the CJHL Top 20 this week.

Last week: 3rd
Three games in three nights coming out of the Showcase didn’t faze the Pistons as they won all three
affairs. Steinbach is an Honourable Mention on this week’s CJHL Top 20.

A win and a loss has Portage still sitting first in the standings coming into this week, eight points up on Steinbach. The Terriers are ranked 6th on the CJHL Top 20.

Last week: 5th
It was a 1-1 week for Virden as well as they suffered a 7-2 loss to Portage on Friday but rebounded with a 4-1 decision over Selkirk on Saturday.

Last week: 6th
Only one game last week for the Kings. It was a 5-2 win against Neepawa. Dauphin has won three of their last four coming into action this week.

Two losses in their last three have Selkirk slipping a little in the standings as Virden is now tied with the Steelers but Selkirk does have two games in hand on the Oil Capitals.

In their only game of the week the Blues fell 6-2 to the visiting Selkirk Steelers on Thursday.
