The Terriers are undefeated in the month of October through three games and have won five in a row. Despite their solid play they were not on the CJHL’s Top 20 Rankings this week.

Last week: 1st
The Wolverines have hit a bump in the road. After starting the year with five straight wins they’ve now lost two straight. Wayway is on the CJHL Top 20 this week, but they’ve slipped from 3rd to 6th.

Last week: 2nd
A tough weekend for the Stampeders on the road, but Swan was able to snag a point out of Winkler before losing in Steinbach to the Pistons on Saturday.

Last week: 5th
The Dauphin Kings lost their opening game of the week but bounced back with two big wins over Selkirk on home ice. Dauphin’s next five are on the road.

Last week: 4th
Selkirk’s weekend road swing didn’t start great but it ended with a solid 6-3 win in Wayway against the Wolverines. This week the Steelers begin a four game stand.

Last week: 6th 
A loss to start the week but the Pistons rebounded with two straight wins to close things out. They’ll wrap up a three game home stand before heading north this week.

A win over Steinbach and a loss to Neepawa for the Winnipeg Blues last week. It’s a busy October for the Blues. They’re in action a total of 14 times this month.

Winkler had a tough week with just one win in four outings. They’ll look for some good home cooking with four of their next five at the Winkler Rec Complex.

After starting the week with a loss the Virden Oil Capitals rebounded with three of a possible four points. They’ll try and keep things rolling this weekend.

The Neepawa Natives picked up their first two wins of the season last week with two points over Winnipeg and OCN. They’ve got a busy schedule this week with four games on tap.

The OCN Blizzard remain in search of their first win, but two close losses to Portage (4-3) and Neepawa (3-2) have them not far off. They’ll play their next three at the GLMC.
