The hockey community is in shock after a fatal bus crash involving the Humboldt Broncos of the SJHL.
The Broncos’ bus was involved in a crash with a semi-trailer Friday afternoon at about 5 pm. The Broncos were on route to a game against Nipawin Hawks.
“This is devastating news and we extends our deepest sympathy to the families of the Broncos,” said MJHL Commissioner Kim Davis.
“We are in shock. The hockey community is absolutely heart broken.”
Saskatchewan RCMP has confirmed fatalities on the Broncos’ bus. No other details are available.
