Week 23, February 23 – March 1, 2026  |  The Manitoba Junior Hockey League Stars of the Week are proudly presented by Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries.

Dylan Ruff (FWD/’07) – Swan Valley Stampeders – 4GP | 4G | 5A | 9PTS

It was a big week for Stampeders forward, Dylan Ruff, who put together a hat-trick performance to go along with a pair of assists in a big 6-3 win over the Oil Capitals. Ruff added points in all 4 games last week, including a late 3rd period goal that helped Swan Valley come close to tying a tight one with Portage.

Marlen Edwards (G/’06) – Niverville Nighthawks – 3GP | 3G | 5A | 8PTS

Marlen Edwards has continued to score at a torrid pace since his return to the MJHL with the Nighthawks and that continued last week. He posted a 4-point (2G-2A) outing against the Terriers before capitalizing on the game winner in a 3-2 contest over the Stampeders. Edwards is now up to 17 goals in 21 games on the season.

Trace Langan (FWD/’08) – Swan Valley Stampeders – 4GP | 5G | 3A | 8PTS

The 2008-born rookie has been heating up in the second half and eclipsed the 20-goal mark over the weekend. Langan put together three multi-point outings last week for the Stampeders and scored in all four games including both goals in a close 3-2 loss to the 1st place Nighthawks.
