Ethan MacTavish (FWD/’05) – Swan Valley Stampeders – 2GP | 5G | 5PTS

Five goals in two games for MacTavish who helped the Stampeders to a pair of wins which included his impressive hat-trick performance in Swan Valley’s 6-3 win over the Portage Terriers. That’s three straight wins for the Stamps who find themselves in a playoff position for the first time in this young season.

Niklas Gudmundson (FWD/’05) – Winkler Flyers – 3GP | 2G | 4A | 6PTS

Back-to-back Star of the Week honours for Gudmundson who now has 13 points in his last 5 games played. He came up big to close out the week, scoring twice while adding a primary helper to give the Flyers a key win over the MGEU West leading, Dauphin Kings.

Ryan McDonald (FWD/’06) – Steinbach Pistons – 2GP | 3G | 1A | 4PTS

He’s scored in four straight games since returning from injury which included notching a pair of goals for the Pistons in a 5-2 win over the Oil Capitals. Riding 7 straight wins, McDonald and the Pistons are heading into a massive home-and-home series this weekend with their MGEU East Division rival, Niverville Nighthawks.
