Ashton Paul (FWD/’04) – OCN Blizzard – 3GP | 4G | 2A | 6PTS | SO Winner
Helping lead the Blizzard to five straight wins, Ashton Paul continues to have a strong 18-year-old season in OCN. In a pivotal MGEU West division matchup against the Wolverines, Paul scored 3 goals and 2 assists to lead the Blizzard to a key win. Despite being held pointless in regulation against Selkirk later in the week, Paul scored the shootout winner before scoring his 26th of the season in a win against the Freeze the following night.

Kobe Grant (G/’02) – Swan Valley Stampeders – 2GP | 2W | 1.00GAA | .977SV% | 1SO
He’s played the most minutes (2213) in the MJHL to this point and has solidified himself as one of the top puck stoppers in the league. Grant stopped 37/39 in a Stampeders win over the Titans earlier in the week before he put on a star performance in Winkler. On Sunday afternoon, the veteran goaltender stopped all 47 shots sent his way to lead Swan Valley to a key win for positioning in the MGEU West Division standings.

Carter Cormier (FWD/’04) – Selkirk Steelers – 2GP | 4G | 1A | 5PTS
Now sitting 2nd in MJHL rookie scoring, Carter Cormier put together another strong week as the Steelers continue to surge. The rookie forward scored a goal and an assist in a win over the Freeze before scoring a goal in each period against the Blizzard for a hat-trick in a shootout loss.
