Daniel Siso (FWD/’03) – Portage Terriers – 2GP | 2G | 4A | 6PTS
It was a big week from the Terriers leading scorer. Siso notched 2 goals and 2 assists in a win over the Wolverines before he added a pair of assists in a road victory over the Nighthawks. The second-year forward finds himself in the top 10 of league scoring and has helped the Terriers to a 13-2 record, good enough for a 1st place tie in the MGEU East Division and 6th in the CJHL Top 20 National Rankings.
Riley Zimmerman (FWD/’02) – OCN Blizzard – 3GP | 1G | 5A | 6PTS
Another week, another star performance from the 20-year-old from Winnipeg, MB. Zimmerman helped the Blizzard to a pair of wins where he contributed a goal and two assists over the Freeze before notching 3 assists in the Blizzard 6-3 win over Selkirk. The four-year veteran leads the MJHL in scoring and has helped the Blizzard to a 1st place, seven point lead in the MGEU West Division.
Trey Sauder (FWD/’03) – Swan Valley Stampeders – 2GP | 2G | 3A | 5PTS
The hometown Swan River product helped guide the Stamps’ to a pair of wins including a 5-4 OT triumph of the Steelers where Sauder scored a goal and three assists. The following night in a win over the Freeze, Sauder added a goal in the second period. Sauder and his Stampeders find themselves tied for 3rd in the MGEU West Division.
