For the second consecutive week, a goaltender has been named the Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week. Thanks to two wins last week, Ethan Peterson of the Portage Terriers has been given the award.
Peterson, 19, posted a .500 GAA and .978 save percentage enroute to his two wins ─ one being a shutout effort. A native of Park River, ND, Peterson currently has three shutouts in 14 games. His overall record is 9-2-1.
The runners up are 20 year old forward Josh Tripp of the Swan Valley Stampeders and 20 year old forward Blake Sidoni of the Virden Oil Capitals.
