Team MJ staff named for 2022 MJHL-SJHL Showcase

WINNIPEG, MB – The Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL) is pleased to name Team MJHL staff for the 2022 MJHL-SJHL Showcase presented by Alt Hotel Winnipeg, hosted January 25-26 in Winnipeg, MB.  This annual event provides high performance exposure for the athletes in front of NHL, NCAA, Major Junior and U SPORTS scouts from across North America.

Leading behind the bench as Head Coaches will be Paul Dyck (Steinbach Pistons), Tyson Ramsey (Virden Oil Capitals), and Barry Wolff (Swan Valley Stampeders).  Also joining the Team MJHL coaching staff as assistant coaches will be Doug Hedley (Dauphin Kings), Justin Falk (Winkler Flyers), Billy Keane (OCN Blizzard), Taras McEwen (Winnipeg Blues), and Ken Pearson (Neepawa Titans).

Support staff joining the coaches at the event will be Jeff Eidse (Steinbach Pistons), Kate Wiens (Swan Valley Stampeders), Jason Hart (Waywayseecappo Wolverines), and Dana Warrener (Virden Oil Capitals).

The 2022 event will mark the first time this showcase has been hosted in Manitoba and by the MJHL.  Showcase teams representing the MJHL will convene on January 24th in Winnipeg, MB for practices, meetings and team building.  Showcase games will proceed January 25-26 at the Seven Oaks Sportsplex.  No MJHL regular season games are scheduled from January 23-28.

Player rosters will be finalized in mid-January shortly following the season transaction deadline.
