Terriers’ Stewart projected 5th round draft

Dean Stewart continues to be the recipient of good news. Today NHL Central Scouting ranking ranked the Portage Terriers’ talented defenceman 125th overall in the category of North American skaters.

Stewart, 18, was recently named to play in the upcoming prospects game (Jan. 26) in Surrey, B.C. In December, the 6-foot-2, 175-pound blueliner was a member of Canada West which won gold at the World Junior A Challenge.
