Virden Oil Capitals’ Dosch Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week

Stingy goaltending has earned Dalton Dosch of the Virden Oil Capitals the Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week.

Dosch, 19, recorded a pair of wins last week, highlighted by a very stingy 1.00 GAA and impressive save percentage of .965. The native of Willow Bunch, Sk., has an overall 5-8 win-loss record. He also sits third overall among MJHL goaltenders for GAA with a 2.57.

Thanks to the play of Dosch and teammates, Oil Capitals have earned six of a possible eight points over their last four games.

The runners up are 19 year old forward Jesse Gibbons of the Neepawa Natives and 15 year old defenceman Owen Murray of the Portage Terriers.
