Winkler Flyers’ Parrish named Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week

Thanks to an impressive 10 points in four games, Weiland Parrish of the Winkler Flyers has been named the Recycle Everywhere MJHL Player of the Week.

Parrish, 20, scored five goals and added as many assists, helping the Flyers win three of four games. A native of Minneapolis, Parrish was quick to capitalize when the Flyers were on the powerplay, scoring a total of three goals while holding the man advantage.

The runners up are 20 year old forward Jordan Martin of the Neepawa Natives and 19 year old goaltender Jeremy Link of the Winnipeg Blues.
