Seven wins in a row have the Winkler Flyers closing in on top spot in the MJHL. The team is the hottest in the league right now and have not lost since September 23rd. The Flyers find themselves ranked 19th on the CJHL Top 20 Rankings this week!

The Pistons sit atop the MJHL standings after winning two of three games last week. Steinbach kicks off a five game home stand on Wednesday. The Pistons are back on the CJHL Top 20 this week, this time in the 15th position.

A win and a loss for the Blizzard last week. They’ve got another double header coming up early this week as they welcome Neepawa to the GLMC before going back out on the road. The Blizzard are an Honourable Mention on the CJHL Top 20 this week.

Also a win and a loss for the Virden Oil Capitals last week on home ice. The Oil Caps conclude a five game home stand this weekend, they’ve lost two of their last three.

Two games, two wins on home ice for the Portage Terriers over the weekend with decisions over Dauphin and Swan Valley.

Neepawa went three-for-three last week with victories over Wayway (8-2), Steinbach (6-1) and Winnipeg (6-5), bumping themselves up the MJHL standings.

Selkirk’s five game winning streak will be put to the test this week when they face the Winkler Flyers on Tuesday before starting a three game home stand on the weekend.

A win, a loss and a shootout loss for the Dauphin Kings last week. The Kings will be looking forward to some home cooking this week after playing eight of their first 11 games on the road this season.
