Northern Manitoba Blizzard forward, Alexandre Andre, has signed a scholarship and development agreement with the Wenatchee Wild of the Western Hockey League (WHL).
At 16, Andre played all 58 regular season games for the Blizzard, scoring 2 goals and 22 assists. In 16 playoff games, Andre added 3 goals and 6 assists on the way to helping the Blizzard capture the Turnbull Cup. At the Centennial Cup in Calgary, Andre scored 1 goal, adding 5 assists in 5 games.
Last season, Andre was also named the Blizzard’s RBC-MJHL Community Ambassador for his outstanding commitment to volunteerism
