Dalton Andrew commits to North Dakota

Winkler Flyers forward, Dalton Andrew, has committed to play NCAA Division 1 men’s hockey at the University of North Dakota.

A three-year member of the Flyers, Andrew is fresh off a strong season in the MJHL. The native of Brandon, Manitoba, led the league in scoring with 43 goals and 39 assists in 54 games to earn the Mike Ridley Trophy as the MJHL’s leader in points.

Andrew was recognized as an MJHL First Team All-Star and was a key member in the Flyers run to winning the Turnbull Cup, co-leading the MJHL Playoffs in scoring with 4 goals and 10 assists in 15 games.

The University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks play NCAA Division 1 hockey in , North Dakota, in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC).
