Will Hambley commits to Western Michigan University

Steinbach Pistons goaltender, Will Hambley has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey at Western Michigan University.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound goaltender from Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, currently leads the MJHL in goals against average (1.95), and save percentage (.930). Hambley is the co-leader in shutouts (6) and is second in wins (25-2-1-0) among goaltenders in the MJHL.

Hambley is a finalist for the MJHL – Ed Belfour Top Goaltender Award for his outstanding play in 2021-22.

Western Michigan University is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Broncos play in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.
