Last season, the MJHL and SJHL saw some of their highest numbers of players successfully transition to post- secondary hockey opportunities. It is our hope that, as the two prairie leagues involved with the Western Canadian Development Model, we are providing dynamic and creative opportunities that will assist both of our leagues’ players in making successful transitions to post-secondary hockey, including USPORTS, NCAA levels, along with Major Junior and more successful transitions from hockey to the world of work and life.

Our partnership with the SJHL in this and other ventures stems from the ongoing, fruitful spirit of cooperation between our two leagues, a mutual desire to showcase our players to the best of our abilities, and a desire to provide creative entertainment to fans new and old.

We hope you will continue to support our players and both the MJHL and SJHL. If you have any questions, please contact SJHL Commissioner, Kyle McIntyre at commissioner@sjhl.ca or MJHL Commissioner, Kevin Saurette ksaurette@mjhlhockey.ca
