The hot streak continues for the MJHL’s leading scorer, who picked up right where he left off prior to the MJHL-SJHL Showcase. In a 3-2 win over the Kings on Friday, Dalton Andrew scored a pair of goals including the game winner while picking up an assist. On Sunday in Winkler against the Stampeders, Andrew scored his league-leading 27th and 28th of the season while notching another assist to match his total from Friday.

Cole Plowman (G/’03) – Steinbach Pistons – 2GP | 2W | 1.00GAA | .970SV% | 1SO
Another strong performance over the weekend earns Cole Plowman a star of the week honour. In a 5-2 win over the Blizzard, Plowman turned aside 36/38 shots before he stopped all 29 shots in a 2-0 shutout win over the MGEU West Division leading Virden Oil Capitals. The veteran goaltender leads the MJHL in wins (24), goals against average (1.88) and save percentage (.933).

Aidan Herring (FWD/’05) – 2GP | 3G | 2A | 5PTS
Aidan Herring helped the Wolverines to a pair of key wins over the weekend, which included a hat-trick performance against the Blues with one even strength, one powerplay and one shorthanded goal. Herring also assisted on the opening goal in the Wolverines comeback win over the Nighthawks.
