Slade Stanick (FWD/’03) – Portage Terriers – 3GP | 3G | 3A | 6PTS
Portage Terriers veteran, Slade Stanick earns a star of the week after notching an assist in a close loss to Steinbach before adding his second goal of the season in a close overtime loss to the Kings. Stanick capped off a busy week of play for the Terriers with an outstanding performance against the Winnipeg Freeze where he added 2 goals and 2 assists.

Jesiah Bennett (FWD/’04) – Waywayseecappo Wolverines – 2GP | 3G | 1A | 4PTS
It was a big week for the Wolverines who were able to earn a pair of key wins in the MGEU West Division. Early in the week, Jesiah Bennett added a goal and an assist in a road win over the Stampeders before capping off the week with a pair of goals against the Virden Oil Capitals, including scoring the overtime winner on a nice drive to the net. For his performance, Bennett earns an MJHL star of the week.

Josh Lehto (FWD/’04) – Virden Oil Capitals – 3GP | 2G | 6A | 8PTS
The 2004-born forward continued to build off of his strong start in week one and showed no signs of slowing down in week two. Lehto notched 1 goal and 3 assists in a win over the Titans before adding 1 assist in Virden’s 3-0 win against the Steelers. The following night against the Wolverines, Lehto tied the game in the 1st before assisting a pair of key assists in what would end up as an overtime loss. Lehto is fresh off of being named MJHL Player of the Month and earns his first MJHL star of the week honour this season.
