Dalton Andrew (FWD/’03) – Winkler Flyers – 3GP | 5G | 3A | 8PTS
Last week, the MJHL’s leading scorer put together the highest scoring game of any player in the MJHL this season when he guided the Flyers to a win over the Freeze, scoring 5 goals and 2 assists in the process. Andrew followed up with an assist the next night to round out his week. Andrew and the Flyers now prepare for their first round playoff matchup as they prepare to take on the Portage Terriers.

Raiden LeGall (G/’06) – Niverville Nighthawks – 2W | 0.50GAA | .985SV% | 1SO
After an up and down midseason performance from the Nighthawks, rookie goaltender, Raiden LeGall helped guide the Nighthawks to their second straight playoff appearance. In a must win game against the Virden Oil Capitals, LeGall put the team on his back, making 46 saves in a 2-0 shutout performance on the road in Virden. The Bemidji State University commit turned aside 18/19 the following night in a 5-1 win that would solidify the Nighthawks playoff spot.

Joel Purdom (FWD/’04) Selkirk Steelers – 3GP | 5G | 2A | 7PTS
What an impressive week from second year Steelers forward, Joel Purdom, who left it all out on the ice in the Steelers pursuit to the playoffs. Purdom helped the Steelers earn a point in a overtime loss where he scored both goals for his club. Two nights later against the Flyers, the Winnipeg native scored 2 goals and 1 assist in a 5-3 win over Winkler before he kept his scoring streak rolling against the Kings, adding 1 goal and 1 assist in a loss that would end the Steelers 2023-24 season.
