Steinbach Pistons forward, Quinton Pepper has committed to play NCAA Division I Hockey for the University of St. Thomas – Minnesota.

The 6-foot-3, 187-pound winger from London, Ontario is currently in his second season in Steinbach. In 8 games prior to the shutdown in 2020-21, Quinton added 1 goal and 5 assists.

Through 16 games this season, Pepper currently leads the MJHL in goal scoring with 14.

“We have watched Quinton take major steps in his development since he arrived at camp in his first season,” Pistons Head Coach & GM Paul Dyck commented. “He is a strong leader on and off the ice, plays the game the right way and exhibits strong character each day. As a result, I believe St. Thomas will be getting a young man who can assist them with building their culture.”

Pepper is set to join the University of St. Thomas next fall for the 2022-23 season.
