Not resting after locking up a playoff spot, the Stamps look to be hitting their stride at the perfect time. A combination of scoring, high-end defense and elite goaltending makes them a very scary playoff matchup.

Impressive Player: Goaltenders Eric Reid and Owen LaRocque – Combined 3 wins, 104 svs on 108 shots
More of the same for a team that has consistently delivered results on top of hard work. Every night it seems the Oil Caps pull the game towards what they want and come away with wins. Playoff style wins at that.

Good teams will have moments where things don’t go their way. For the Terriers, they’ll be more focused on effort and execution. Making sure bad habits don’t creep in. Results aside, they look ready to roll come playoffs.

Clutch performances have put the Kings back in the playoffs. The defending champs will look to build on the recent success and they hope they’ve unlocked what can make them go on another successful run through the post-season.

Impressive Player: Goaltender Cole Plowman – 1 win, 31 saves on 31 shots, 1 shutout
Proving both physically and mentally tough, the Pistons battled through a tough road trip and have come out stronger. Adversity has a way of bringing out the best in certain teams and Steinbach looks up for the challenge.

Showing a lot of heart and not giving anything away, the Titans look to keep pushing to end the regular season. Hopeful a large chunk of the group will return next year with a chip on their shoulder and higher expectations.

Too little, too late. The Wolverines surged offensively scoring an eye-popping 17 goals in two games but just couldn’t find a way to win to keep their playoff hopes alive. Disappointing but there’s optimism with a good young core set to return.

Tough stretch for a Flyers club that has time left to right the ship. Facing some stiff competition may bring the best out of the club as they look to regain some traction heading into what will be an underdog situation to open the playoffs.

They had to sit, watch and wait to see if they’d get in, but in their first season, the Nighthawks are headed to the dance. They won’t care how. They will care about getting their feet back underneath them and shocking whomever in round one.

A brief glimmer of playoff light but just couldn’t capture the magic of what was a very impressive run. For the players coming back, there’s good base to build on. Should be a very entertaining team going forward.

Final week of a tough, tough season. Still holding onto not being a 50-loss team. Have never stopped working and the players, along with staff, deserve a lot of credit for that.

The season can’t come to a close soon enough. A hard, disappointing end to a season that had so much hope. The pieces are there to make a return but this year will be hard to stomach and hard to forget.
