Portage Terriers Head Coach, Blake Spiller, earned win 671 on Wednesday night in Portage la Prairie to become the all-time winningest coach in MJHL Regular Season history.
“It comes after the 1000 game mark, which was celebrated in December. This one is more special. I talked to Paul before the game and we had a bit of butterflies in the stomach,” Spiller shared. “We wanted to get it out of the way. I coached against Doug Stokes. It’s a good honour, and as a staff we are happy with it. It’s good for our organization as well.”
