Steinbach Pistons forward, Jamie Fuchs, has announced his commitment to play USPORTS men’s hockey at Lakehead University.
Fuchs spent parts of three seasons in the MJHL with the Pistons where he amassed 45 goals and 36 assists over 106 career regular season games. In 21 postseason games, Fuchs added 5 goals and 6 assists and helped the Pistons reach an appearance in the league final during the 2023-24 season.
Fuchs joins fellow MJHL graduate, Brody Beauchemin, who committed to Lakehead this offseason while MJHL almuni, Carson Cherepak, and Jack Cook are currently featured on their roster.
The Lakehead University Thunderwolves play USPORTS men’s hockey in the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) association.
