Swan Valley Stampeders goaltender, Kobe Grant has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey at the University of Wisconsin-Superior.
Over his two seasons in the MJHL, Grant made 79 starts, posting a 3.02 goals against average and .906 save percentage. In 2022-23, Grant was awarded the Ed Belfour trophy as the league’s top goaltender and was also named a First Team MJHL All-Star. He also led the league in save percentage (.933SV%).
Grant was selected to both the MJHL Showcase and MJHL-SJHL Showcase during the 2022-23 season.
The University of Wisconsin-Superior Yellowjackets Wisconsin play NCAA Division III hockey out of Superior, Wisconsin, in the Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC).
