Former Niverville Nighthawks star goaltender Raiden LeGall, is fresh off of his first Western Hockey League (WHL) playoff series win with the Everett Silvertips.
On Monday night, LeGall made 57 saves in a 1-0 shutout performance in double overtime to help the Silvertips secure a 4-2 series win over the Seattle Thunderbirds. Through four games in the opening round, LeGall put together a 3-1 record with a 1.98 goals against average and 0.945 save percentage.
Before signing in the WHL with Everett midseason, LeGall spent parts of two seasons (2023-25) with the Nighthawks where he put together a 27-21-1 record with a 2.65 goals against average and 0.920 save percentage. In his 23 starts this season with Everett, LeGall posted an impressive 16-2-4 record with a WHL-best 2.17 goals against average and 0.921 save percentage.
LeGall and the Silvertips now prepare to square off with the Portland Winterhawks in the second round.
