Pistons’ Bettens one of 24 CJHL players ranked by NHL Central Scouting

Steinbach Pistons’ Kyle Bettens was one of 24 Canadian Junior Hockey League players to be ranked by the NHL’s Central Scouting in its final rankings prior to the 2019 NHL Draft in Vancouver.

Bettens, 6-foot-2, 190-pounds, is being projected by Central Scouting as a seventh round selection. A product of Winnipeg, Bettens also recently committed to Bemidji State University (NCAA Div I).

In all, 13 CJHL forwards were ranked, as were eight defencemen and a trio of goaltenders. The following are the CJHL skaters and goaltenders named to the NHL CS final rankings.
